All applications are subject to approval by the Board of Directors. *A discounted membership dues rate is available for all PMs who manage Industrial properties exclusively and for those with less than 7 years experience.

Associate Members (Vendors who provide a service to Principal Members): We currently have a waiting list for Associate members. To be added to the waiting list, download the Application and return to our office.

Change of designated member: Membership with BOMA Nevada is by company. If your company needs to change it's designated member, please fill out an Application for the new designee. Be sure to check the box and indicate the previous member's name.

As a result of changes adopted as part of the Revenue Reconciliation Act of 1993, 13.6% of your dues payment to BOMA is not deductible by members as an ordinary and necessary business expense. Contributions or gifts to BOMA are not deductible as charitable contributions. BOMA Nevada’s federal tax ID number is 88-0477332.

Principal Member (3rd + Member) - $505.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments (Dues prorated for 2nd quarter) Includes membership in BOMA International and BOMA Nevada: Third or greater individual member that owns, develops, manages, leases or controls commercial real estate including but not limited to facilities managers, property managers, asset managers, developers, brokers, building engineers, and third party leasing and management company representatives.

Principal Member - Emerging Leader - $200.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Property Managers who have 7 years or less experience in the field. (Reduced rate available for the 1st 2 years of membership) Includes membership in BOMA International and BOMA Nevada: Individual member that owns, develops, manages, leases or controls commercial real estate including but not limited to facilities managers, property managers, asset managers, developers, brokers, building engineers, and third party leasing and management company representatives.

Principal Member - Industrial - $455.00 (USD) Subscription period: Unlimited Property Managers who manage Industrial properties exclusively. Includes membership in BOMA International and BOMA Nevada: Individual member that owns, develops, manages, leases or controls Industrial commercial real estate.
