BOMA 2026 PNW+PSW Joint Regional Conference in San Diego, CA: April 27-29, 2026

In Spring 2026, BOMA Pacific Northwest is holding a special Joint Regional Conference with BOMA Pacific Southwest. This will be in San Diego on April 27-29, 2026. This is a unique opportunity for leaders from all across the West Coast to come together to learn about trends and topics in Commercial Real Estate. We expect this conference to sell out, with 200 attendees and sponsorships. We look forward to seeing you in San Diego in April!

 ·         PNW+PSW Regional Conference Registration for Principal Members - Please Note: Industry Partners/Allied Members (vendor companies) must sponsor in order to attend this conference. The only exception to this is if you are serving on your local Board of Directors in 2026.

Suggested Hotel: Residence Inn by Marriott (Sorrento Mesa/Sorrento Valley) - while there is no official room block, please note that this hotel is across the street from the regional conference and is the most convenient.

Monday, April 27: Optional Evening Event - Padres Game at Petco Park ((5:30pm)

Tuesday, April 28: Full-Day Conference + TOBY Recognition Reception (8am-6pm) - Highlights for the full-day conference include: Advocacy in the West, Keynote Luci Smith (BOMA International President 2025-2026), Leadership Development with LV Hanson, and the TOBY Regional Awards Reception.

Wednesday, April 29: Optional Building Tours in the morning (ends by 11am)
