State Resources

The State has created a website that provides a central, state-wide hub for individuals, businesses, & organizations to access federal & NV-specific guidance & resources to make informed decisions surrounding this rapidly developing situation. Learn more:    https://nvhealthresponse.nv.gov/

The Nevada Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has has guidance for Mining, Construction and Manufacturing  posted on their website.

Governor Sisolak has signed an emergency directive putting a moratorium on all evictions in the State of Nevada. This Directive will be in effect through the duration of the State of Emergency.


National Resources

BOMA International's Coronavirus Resource Center - As global concern over the novel coronavirus (now known as COVID-19) increases, BOMA International is actively working to provide commercial real estate professionals with credible information on how to mitigate the potential health and business impacts. Based on information from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), BOMA International has released a series of guidance documents to help property professionals navigate this public health concern.

The US Small Business Administration (SBA) is already offering low-interest loans to help small businesses suffering due to the Coronavirus. Governor Sisolak requested the SBA expedite help to Nevada. You can apply online at disasterloan.sba.gov/ela or call (800) 659-2955.

United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has set up a webpage which provides information for workers and employers about the evolving coronavirus outbreak. The information includes links to interim guidance and other resources for preventing exposures to, and infection with, the novel coronavirus—now officially named COVID-19.
